Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZionLink platform ("Service"), operated by ZionLink ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ZionLink is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform for international growth intelligence and approved execution. The Service helps subscribed companies analyze public information, evaluate growth markets, identify relevant organizations and people, prepare recommended next moves, and draft approved outreach or follow-up workflows using AI language models provided by third-party API services.

2. AI-Assisted Communication: Transparency and Disclosure

All messages sent through ZionLink on your behalf include a mandatory disclosure footer identifying AI assistance. This disclosure is non-negotiable and cannot be removed or suppressed. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that:

Your recipients will be informed that AI assisted the communication.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, CASL, LGPD, GDPR, and others applicable in your jurisdiction).
You will not use ZionLink to deceive, harass, or mislead any person.
You will honor all unsubscribe requests received from recipients.

3. Data Security

We take the security of your business data seriously. The following measures are in place to protect information processed through the Service:

Password security

Account passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed with bcrypt before being saved.

Encryption in transit

All communication between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher.

Access controls

Your account is protected by password authentication. Gmail OAuth tokens are stored under database access controls and are never exposed in logs or responses.

No AI training on your data

Your business data, emails, and customer information are never used to train AI models.

Bring your own API key

Companies with existing Anthropic agreements can supply their own API key. In this case, all AI inference runs entirely within your own Anthropic relationship.

Incident response

In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

To report a security vulnerability, please contact support@zionlink.io. We follow responsible disclosure practices and will acknowledge reports as soon as possible.

4. Data Processing and GDPR

ZionLink processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and the LGPD for users in Brazil.

As a data controller, you are responsible for:

Ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing the personal data of your contacts and leads.
Honoring data subject rights requests (access, deletion, portability) made by individuals whose data you have submitted to the Service.
Obtaining any required consent before engaging contacts via AI-generated outreach.

As your data processor, ZionLink commits to:

Processing personal data only for the purposes described in these Terms and your account configuration.
Not sharing your data with third parties beyond the subprocessors listed in Section 7.
Deleting or returning your data upon account termination, within 30 days of your request.
Cooperating with regulatory investigations that relate to your use of the Service.

If your organization requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance, contact support@zionlink.io to discuss one.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:

Activity logs, lead data, and email drafts are retained for up to 12 months.
Account information (name, email, company) is retained until you request deletion or your account is closed.
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
Gmail OAuth tokens are invalidated and deleted immediately upon disconnecting your Gmail account.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email support@zionlink.io. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except for data that must be retained for legal or tax purposes.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your company. By registering, you represent that these conditions are met.

7. Subprocessors

ZionLink relies on the following third-party subprocessors to deliver the Service. Your use of the Service authorizes the transfer of relevant data to these providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Apollo.io	Lead enrichment and prospecting data (optional, only if BD agent is active)	Company names, contact details, and job titles sourced from Apollo's database.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)	Transactional email delivery, when enabled	Recipient name and email, operational message content, and delivery metadata.

We will notify you at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that processes personal data.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zionlink.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Commercial Terms and Payment

The current standard offer is the ZionLink Intelligence System at $300/month. The implementation fee is waived for first clients. Tamara reviews the activation brief and sends a private payment link by WhatsApp; creating an account or accepting an invitation does not initiate a charge.

ZionLink does not store card or bank-account details. Tamara confirms receipt manually and records only the payment reference needed to administer access. Cancellation, renewal and refund terms follow the payment link terms and any written agreement accepted for the engagement.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws.
Impersonate a person or entity in a materially misleading way (beyond normal AI-agent branding, which is always disclosed).
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the platform.
Resell or sublicense access to ZionLink without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

ZionLink retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, and branding. Your data (contacts, emails, company information) remains yours. We claim no ownership over content generated by your agents on your behalf.

12. Support and Service Levels

All accounts receive email support at support@zionlink.io. We aim to respond within 1 business day (Sunday through Thursday for Israeli time zone, Monday through Friday for other regions).

For enterprise or custom accounts, we provide dedicated onboarding support, direct escalation contacts, and shared monitoring of agent activity. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIONLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING DRAFTED MESSAGES BEFORE THEY ARE SENT.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer in the European Union or Brazil, the mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction also apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
